That means the pipework and connections behind the wall as well as the visible fittings: running the supply where the new position needs it, setting the tray level so it drains properly, sealing the enclosure, and testing the whole thing before we leave. They do wear: cartridges scale up, heads seize, and temperature control drifts. We fit new thermostatic valves, replace failed cartridges, service and clean existing ones, and set them back to a safe, stable temperature.

What is the difference between an electric and a mixer shower?
An electric shower heats cold mains water on demand inside the unit, so it works independently of your hot water supply. A mixer shower blends existing hot and cold water from your system. Which suits you depends on your existing plumbing, and we will talk it through with you before quoting.
